We are an international Youth Project Network designed to help young people to become active in our globalised world by engaging with projects all over the world that are addressing the social needs in their area.

Every human being has the potential to change a certain amount, but unfortunately the structures in our society often prevent this.

IDEM offers structures which make it easier for anyone to become active and take a part of the future into his or her own hands.
