Connectivity moments

I arrived about 4 days before the conference began, and was able to observe all the people trickling in. What an experience! And working at the registration desk gave me the chance to see every face. I am still wondering if i will see every face even one more time, there are so many people.

Although it is frustrating, I really enjoy communicating with those that don’t speak English or German—mainly those that speak Portuguese. Its amazing to see that even without words, we can still create connections.

Brazil is full of music and dance, just as the world should be.

From thinking to action

The Connectivity conference 2006 aimed to provide the space needed for collaboration, synergy, networking and inspiration. We brought in expert advice to support youth and social projects all around the globe.

Over 700 people engaged in social change participated, shared their experiences and connected!

In what follows, you will find a record of impressions and memories of the participants and what they experienced in the Lectures, the Workshops, the Evening Program, the Action Day, the various Symposiums and the whole ambience of the conference.

NGOs, inovative companies and social responsibility projects, as well as personal projects and individuals, met other organisations and people who are interested and who understand...go to the Marketplace

Doing practical work before and after the conference

The conference may have been about you or your initiative, but in the weeks leading up to and the weeks following the conference,

numerous work camps were available in which people had the chance to take part in active, constructive work in the slums of São Paulo, or other places in the vicinity of this mega-city.

More about Work Camps.
