If you are under 18, you will need to bring a form (downloadable here) signed by your parents or guardian giving you their permission to travel in Brazil. You will have to carry this document together with your passport and have it ready to be shown on entry into Brazil.
As regards the conditions of attending the conference, you will still have to keep informed here, as there are still insurance issues to be dealt with that are currently still under investigation
