Benjamin Kolass

He was born near Stuttgart in 1975. After finishing his Waldorf school career he moved to Berlin where he did his civil service and then studied German literature and language as well as History as well as accompanying courses in Philosophy, Anthroposophy, Linguistic, History of Art, etc. in a “Free Study Project” in Dornach.

He has organized a number of conferences, in ’97 the “Perspectives of Society Changes” and the “Art” conference in Kassel. He worked for the Youth Section Dornach, Switzerland for 4 years, where he was involved in the planning of several events, “Faustus youth conference ‘99”, “Halt 2000” in Berlin/D, “Words” in ‘01 in Dornach/CH and “Imagine” in ’02 in Järna/SE. He is the contact person for many Eastern European youth projects, especially from Ukraine and Serbia, as well as from the United States. He was responsible for part of the “Faustus youth festival 2004” in Dornach/CH. Since 2005 he has been working for the Management, Communication and Financial sector of the Chekov Studio Berlin.
